today has really been the day for some great threads  i mean really is this even something that can be discussed at great length or at least has so much to be said that it couldn't be said in any of the other numerous threads about this match, tmc in general etc. it's like every thought becomes a thread(straight from head to keyboard), before you post think again and then don't. thanks :)

I think ivan has a good chance here, but I hope Roge maintains his good record against ivan (7-3). ivan played him real tough earlier in the year, but Roge was stronger, and now Roge gets ankle problem, ivan is on a streak, and I think Roge really needs to focus. It could be tight, and I hope Roge wins.
ALLEZ ROGE!

How about you quit your bitching you sour loser piece of shit and stop trolling around paying out Ljubicic. Hes had a good year, "overrated?" Beat your one-dimensional idol twice already this year, so shut the fuck up, i can still see Roddick has had a good career but you have no respect.

Your payouts make no sense, you try to pay out his name but they make no sense.

My advice hitchhiker - Use a tampon, its obviously your time of the month so please save us all the misery and just get fucked.

RonE

Ljubicic will probably beat Roger today in the RR match.

I do not have any real expectations of Roger despite his comeback against Nalbandian. That match in itself already exceeded my expectations. I was so happy and relieved to just see him moving and hitting the ball well with no ontoward sign of the injury (fingers crossed it stays that way). Anything extra is icing on the cake and I will be delighted if he can beat Ivan but I am not expecting it.

Even if Ivan does win, Roger still has a chance to progress through to the semis so I will be happy as long as Roger can play freely without pain.

11-15-2005, 07:17 AM
Yes, what really counts is that RF goes to the semis... Then if he'll go in final he'll be unbeatable...

So this RR match against Ljubo is a bit meaningless in that optic, as for sure Roger will defeat Coria...

He would of need to win Paris or Madrid to make it without any being out, when he knew that Safin was out, the pressure of winning one of two was off so he played without care. So really Davydenko is the one who would of been out and overrated.

I think ivan playing well, but he got down the early break and now is feeling the pressure. One problem is that ivan is not used to seeing those hard hit balls come back, adn if they start to come back, he may not have a "Plan B"

We'll see how "Baldy" does next year. But it appears Baldy has beat your idol, you know that wanker with the eyes really close together, who acts like a cocksucker when he disagrees with officials? (RodDICK)

Hes had a good year but is overrated. You kinda shot yourself in the foot there.

Geez tampons arent expensive, just go to your local pharmacy or go to a Gyno, they might give you one for free. :wavey:

If Ljubicic doesn't beat Federer in Shanghai, then he will beat him either at Wimbledon or the US Open. I think that Ljubicic has enough game to defeat Federer in a Grand Slam Final or any other round in a tournament. This is just my observation. I am looking forward to 2006.

He has the game to beat anybody but unfortunately at this stage he just doesn't seem to have the mental disposition to overcome that final hump and seal the victory against players who can elevate their game and play the big points really well when it counts (see also his match against Nadal in Madrid).

Wimbledon is an unlikely place for them to meet because Ivan hasn't been able to go beyond the 2nd round for the last 5 years.

Wimbledon? That's an odd choice
I can understand if you pick another hard court because his result is better on hard court
I don't think he has done well on the grass ever

I think Wimbledon would be the last place Ljubicic would beat Federer unless Roger is injured. Remember in Shanghai Ljubicic is chalanging and injured Federer. Ljubicic should have beaten Nadal in Madrid......that looked like the far easier task.
