He does try a bit too hard in the last one :lol: , but the others are perfect for my liking. He looks stunningly good styled like that, with normal-sized jeans and just a tee-shirt, without his usual weird caps, pink shoes, baggy jeans...

Daryl definitely looks like Gaël in that pic - the attitude, the haircut, the long fingers too... I wouldn't have recognized him, I probably have a wrong image of him, I've seen old pics where he was young and quite chubby, but he looks different now.

There was an interview of Gael last night on Tennis Channel. He talked about his hiring of Roger and also about his goal to be #1. Bill Macatee said his English had improved a lot since AO. I'll keep an eye out for the interview to be posted somewhere.

Sorry, my post was not very clear, Marion, nothing happened in Beijing, it was just the last time I remembered GM rambling again about their supposed feud.
It amuses because every other time people post training pics here, he is practicing with Nole. So it's like a running gag - "oh, Gaël with his enemy again!" They're actually good friends, as far as I know, GM is cultivating legends, as usual.

I think Richard said once - to illustrate Gaël's craziness - that the first thing he did arriving from the US was to go to the hairdresser's at 8 o'clock in the morning or something along the line, so it's very possible it was the first thing he did in Geneva.

And he kept it simple, like in Metz already. I think he was very good in the first set but I was very affraid in the second because he was very passive and in the tie-break that was a remake of bercy 2010 : remember against fernando, murray and fed !!!! so happy ! but against the joker tomorow ... grrr the score is 5-0 for the so good serbian player against gael.
