I think the change in schedule would benefit andre much more than it would hurt Roge/leyton. The reverse could have really hurt andre

People are only pissed off that they would announce that it was the other way, and then change it to suit --whoever. CBS, USA the channel, USA the country, andre, etc.

Who cares about the schedule so much, jeez. Either Roger/Lleyton or Agassi/Ginepri have to go on first, and they can't both go on at once because that wouldn't sell as many tickets... so why not give the old man three hours of extra rest? I think the Final is scheduled for 4pm on Sunday, so that would be about 25 hours of rest for Agassi and 22 hours for Lleyton/Roger... it could make a difference for Agassi, not much for the Lleyton/Roger. The finals should have the players as close to 100% as possible.

I'm confused - why is this particularly bad for Federer?

I guess a few people think that whoever is in charge of scheduling is favoring Agassi by giving him more r&r time to be fresher for the finals

Rogi played the 2nd semi last year. I don't think it hurt his performance in the final too much ;)

Not really bad for Fed, just good for Andre.

This schedule is good for me too, since the first match is being preempted where I am for college football, and I'd rather watch Fed/ Hewitt, and I don't think this will affect Fed at all anyway
