Just for one moment touch the sky
From that one moment in my life
I’m gonna be stronger
Know that I’ve tried my very best
I’d put my spirit to the test"

maybe this is hard to believe, but some people want Roger to lose because they really want David to win

and for the people who want Roger to lose just because he is annoying and boring and monotonous, yada yada yada, let them hate. If people cheer for Coria's losses or Hewitt's losses or Roddick's losses, then why not Federer's too? Why should he be exempt from mass hatred?

I dont mind the first part believe me I'll be cheering like crazy if David can go all the way, but I dont want David to win now only to lose in the next round because Davids mental state is :banghead:

I want the player who wins this QF to take it all, sorry Rusty :smooch:

vamos Daveed! Even if Lleyton loses this QF match, which :scared: might happen, I still hope Nalby puts up a good fight. I would be very happy for him to win,not that I don't like Federer... just would be cool to see a major upset like that happen.

C'mon David!

David´s got it in him to beat Federer but will he succeed ? I think it depends on what mood Federer´s in today, angry = alot of UE`S, then its possible =) Good luck Nalby!

I'm rooting for Nalby tonight. Somebody beat Fed. Make him have 5 losses, that's what Fed's plans are for the rest of the year.

I'm not too optimistic about David winning, but I really want to see a great match! I've been waiting for this for a really long time.
Vamos David!!! Show what you're capable of! :) :yeah:

Since Jarkko and Guillermo have lost, David is my only hope to keep my interest of this tournament alive.

Yesterday I said the chances David has are similar to these one I have to buy the most beautiful autumn coat in Wroclaw (very expensive one), but today I heard the sum of scholarship I'll be given from October for my results at uni, and I counted quickly and discovered I really may afford this coat. So come on David, we believe in you - everything's possible and life can make funny surprises :)

The commentators are already telling each other "It was nice covering the match with you, time to say byebye"

david did not match Roge in any part of the match- speed, serve, BH, FH, creative shots. Where is david in this match gone to?

If david were to take second set, the match would be different. But he is very dispirited after the second set, no interest left.

Ever the critic. I always wonder why people who are not fans want to offer their cheap two cents. It's better to never say anything at all if it's a. not constructive and b. just plain nitpicky.

Gonzalez wasnt at his best. Sure he hits a lot of errors, but this time it wasnt only errors his forehand wasnt on, and Nalbandian was just redirecting all that pace Fena throws into his shots, and that was more than good enough that day.
