Nadal's summer commitments

Anyone know what his commitments are through the US Open?

TF - Rafael will be playing a challenger next week (He's the second seed, with Lopez the top seed) in Spain. After that he will have a few weeks off before he goes to NY to play Long Island, and then the USO.

I should point out that this is a hardcourt challenger ;)

It'd be nice if they played Robredo-Nadal in the Davis Cup, but they might go with Costa-Lopez since Lopez is their best option for a backup singles player indoors. Who knows :confused:
