I was reading another tennis board asking about what peak years were Andre, Pete, and Courier, and a lot seemed to be conflicted between 1994-95 and 1999-2000 peak of Andre. So i'm taking the issue to MTF. Who was the better Andre peak?

To make it easier for yourselves, think of Roger Federer.

Andre's best year was 99 when he won RG and USO and Paris Master series event. he won 5 titles that year. 95 was the second best year when he won 7 titles including Oz and two master series events. He also made the USO finals. 94 and 01 and 03 would be in the 3rd top group when he won a major and some other titles including master series ones.

Well it was 7-7 until a couple of hours ago. What i don't get is why would some people consider 94-95 his peak, when from the 1999 French to the 2000 Aussie, Agassi made all the GS finals and won the 3 slams splitting with Sampras in the 2 GS matches.

I voted for 1994-1995 Agassi because it's the best tennis I've seen him play. Incredible shotmaking, balls out tennis, but with some strategy in mind due to Brad Gilbert's coaching. He just seemed more dominant in 1995 than in 1999. The 1999 Agassi was more steady and relied on fitness, eaking out 2 slam wins in 5-setters to Medvedev and Todd Martin at the FO and USO, respectively. He may have been more consistent and on paper better in 1999, but I'd rather watch the 1995 Agassi any day.
