The whole bets in athletics are damn difficult to win. But I'm on

Toby Stevenson to win the pole vault @3.50
the guy who jumps with a helmet ;)

Yoel and co.

One tip from me:

The USA to win the 4 x 100 women relay. They had 3 girls in the singles final and IMO, only a disqualification can stop them. At odds of 2.04, itīs really worth it.

Usually with the US, it is not a question of speed but of how they pass the stick (or whatever it's called).

just take the oddly Wariner character in the 400m, 1.80 or so.

I know, but at those odds itīs really worth it to risk it. The US mens relay has odds of 1,3 so that one has to bet a lot of money to win a good amount of it.

$1.80, or so? shame not many of us have access to the underground bookmakers

Wariner to win 400m - $1.45 (10 units)

Unless he suffers an injury mid race or gets DQ'd, can't see him not winning.

good luck

A parlay for me tonight:

6 units on Perry to win the 100m hurdles x Gatlin vs. Capel (200m men) @ 2.61

And what the hell is wrong with Oprea in the triple jump? He was a huge fav going into the tourney, but now he's @ 3.20 or so. I know his qualifying jump wasnt too good, but I can hardly imagine that thats the best he can do.

i like your perry bet, now that the canadian is gone, it should be a clear path to victory for the yank

personally i don't think gatlin has a chance tonight, but good luck :)

Yeah, Gay and Spearmon are going to compete for the gold. But Gatlin should grab the bronze medal. As far as my information goes, Capel hasnt shown too much form this year.

And an early parlay for tomorrow.

Pechonkina to win (400m hurdles women) x Wariner to win (400m men) @ 1.91 (9 units).

Ive placed this one earlier today, dont know if the odds are still the same after Pechonkina's impressive semi-final.

Congratulations to the US-girls. :yeah:

A tip for tomorrow: Russia to win the 4 x 400 meters women relay. They won their semifinal in 3 minutes and 20 seconds. The USA has been disqualified. I donīt see anybody who can beat them.
