Davis Cup Quarterfinals

Dominik just finished off Raemon Sluiter, a tough opponent for him, in 4 sets. It should of been much easier, considering he blew the second set while serving at 5-3, but it's hard to argue with a nice 4 set win.

His next match will be Sunday versus Peter Wessels.

But Karol

Was unfortunate, but I'm confident Karol will bounce back, no problem. :)

Yup, right Beck will be back in form. I really wish Slovakia wins!! They deserve it!!! Hope Dommy beats Wessels' as* on Sunday ^_^

BTW, I'm back! ^^ Sorry for being away for so long, uni + finals suck :(

Hey Jinny :)

I know what you mean! Taking a few summer classes right now. :(

Oh! I've had enough....no summer class for me ^^ Anyway, enjoy your classes and cheer for the Slovaks!! Yey! ;)

Hopefully Dom will wrap it up tomorrow. I think Beck will be too tired to play reverse singles.
I was looking forward to Slovaks playing Australia, but looks like Australia wont get there now

Yeah, they already lost to Argentina 1-4. But the Slovaks will win!!!! ^^ The best of luck to Dommy!

Well done Dom on winning the decisive match! They will host Argentina next, so there is a good chance to winning that too. Hope SVK can go all the way this year in DC!

What surface will they choose? Indoor carpet?

What surface will they choose? Indoor carpet?

My guess would be either that, or a very fast hard court. Basically the carpet being what was used against Spain, and the hard court being what was used against Holland.
