How come Moya's shirt has the huge swoosh kinda like Rafa's orange shirt for Rome? That one capture looks like Moya's trying to ask Nadal if he's ready to continue the match? So weird to see the players sitting so close together and looking at each other during the break. But I guess it's because it's an exhibition and Moya & Nadal are friends.

Girls, did you see Rafa was wearing short pants again? I don't know if it was just for this match or he got tired of the capris. He looked really different, but great, of course. And yes, he kept pulling his underwear off his butt, so we can stop blaming the long pants for that.

i liked the fact that he was wearing normal shorts...that capri pants are nice but change is good
and i think he'll always pick at his butt no matter what he's wearing ;)

I think Rafa was wearing regular shorts because it wasn't an ATP match. During almost all of his practices he wears shorts and not the capri/piratas pants.

Rafa is actually picking at the material of his shorts/pants, it's a nervous habit he's had since he was young. Unless the camera zooms in really close, it looks like he's picking his underwear, when in fact, he's only touching the shorts/capris. Same story with pulling on his socks, but he seems to do that less often.

Yes, his touching of the pants and the socks are compulsive habits. He's been doing them so long he probably does it without thinking and it helps calm him down. I'm not a psychologist, but it's been pointed out that these could be symptoms of OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder). Or it could be superstition that Rafa feels he has to keep those habits in order to keep winning matches. OCD can be quite serious (anyone see the movie The Aviator?) but as long as those are the only things he does I don't think we need to worry about him. IMHO it would be much worse if Rafa had ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) - the inability to concentrate on 1 thing at a time, which one must be able to concentrate in order to play tennis well.
