Roddick delight - Karlovic loses to Bracciali in five setsYoel and co. 06-21-2005, 03:37 PM Bracciali managed to break Karlovic only once...but that was enough. 12-10 in the fifth set :worship: KarstenBraasch#1 06-21-2005, 03:38 PM Never seen Bracciali play but judging by his recent form I can't say Roddick will be delighted to play him. :) name_change 06-21-2005, 03:38 PM yay!!! the cat 06-21-2005, 03:39 PM I'm pleased Roddick won't have to face the imposing Karlovic in the second round. Fumus 06-21-2005, 03:40 PM Andy is singing in the streets. Auscon 06-21-2005, 03:45 PM Roddick is having an absolutely brilliant day his likely matchup with Soderling in R3 may be gone, Soderling down 2set-1 and then a possible R4 against Ljubicic is out, Malisse is also on his way out (not that he could do anything to Andy anyways) Looks like a likely R4 for Roddick may now be Coria if he keeps playing well, and even then that shouldnt be a problem for him at all joeb_uk 06-21-2005, 03:46 PM Bracciali seems to do well against big serves, beat greg and ivo at surbiton too. So i am curious to see how he will do against roddick. Fumus 06-21-2005, 04:05 PM Yea it looks like the Draw is clearing out for Andy, Auscon. All we need now is for Roger to lose and we can break out the engraving tools for the trophy. Paialii 06-21-2005, 04:13 PM No reason for Andy not to march is way to the quarters or semis. And while I don't think there's anyone left in his draw that he shouldn't be able to beat on any given day, Andy's been losing his concentration out of nowher elately. Also, I'm curious about a Federer Roddick match-up. Both sides of the draw are open. Should Federer lose somehow (hey, we all have bad days ;)) on the way to the finals, there's absolutely no reason for Roddick not to prevail as the 2005 champ. But then again, people here would just call it a fluke if Fed is out. ;) Fumus 06-21-2005, 04:15 PM No reason for Andy not to march is way to the quarters or semis. "Flukes are fanstatic, I love them" Paialii 06-21-2005, 04:18 PM Flukes are fine...Flukes are great....What do you think Andy? "Flukes are fanstatic, I love them" True. (looks back on the women's Wimbledon last year) uNIVERSE mAN 06-21-2005, 04:19 PM Bracciali retired in qualifying, 'nuff said. DanEd 06-21-2005, 04:23 PM I feel bad for Ivo, his best chance to go far in a big tournament  Fumus 06-21-2005, 04:24 PM Andy knows that his mother always told him to eat his Bracciali otherwise he couldn't get desert. Nimomunz 06-21-2005, 04:25 PM Andy knows that his mother always told him to eat his Bracciali otherwise he couldn't get desert. that one missed, try again! :) Fumus 06-21-2005, 04:26 PM that one missed, try again! :) Um...crap...Andy always likes his pizza with Bracciali? Paialii 06-21-2005, 04:28 PM Why would Andy want a desert? Which desert? Is it in Arizona? Arizona is a beautiful state. ;) :p NYCtennisfan 06-21-2005, 04:43 PM Bracciali is quite talented but Roddick should win giving up about 10 games. Ivo/Roddick would've probably been 4 sets with one break and 3 TB's. Roddick should have a clear path to the finals now. Exodus 06-21-2005, 04:45 PM Now Bracciali go and kick the ducks butt Deboogle!. 06-21-2005, 04:50 PM Never seen Bracciali play but judging by his recent form I can't say Roddick will be delighted to play him. :)Compared to Karlovic, I"m sure he is ABSOLUTELY delighted. Plus, Bracciali was cramping at the end of the match. I think any player is delighted when their next opponent has to go 12-10 in the fifth. alexito 06-21-2005, 05:00 PM yessssss arodddddddddddd good luck Fumus 06-21-2005, 05:01 PM Alexito rocks!!
