OMG Nadal lost in the 1st Rd on Grass...Is his career over?

I know title of this thread sounds absurd, but thats what threads about Roger losing it sound like. I dont see anybody running around in panic because Nadal lost on grass, which is his worst surface - like Roger on clay.

It's alright that Roger has not won a Slam yet. He has made it to the semis of both. Still has not lost in a final. And he is the man that won 3 Slams in a year without a coach. He has already proved himself.
The purpose of this tread is not to "down" Nadal, but to show how people jump to such extremes.

As long as Alfie diversifies and provides all kinds of porn except kiddie, bestiality and snuff movies then that will be fine.

The zoo needs to be in natural surroundings.

Present state? This has nothing to do with the "present state" or the future. Its just completely unfair to compare the achievements of a near 24 year old with a freshly-turned 19 year old in tennis. Period. That's a good 5 years difference hon. I don't think that can or should be ignored, or worse, offered as part of an argument defending Roger's supposed greatness over the teen "upstart".

The fact that the kid won a GS at such a young age deserves a different kind of respect than Roger's achievements at 24, I can see that. In fact, Im not disputing it. But the kid deserves that different kind of respect and credit all the same for what he has done. He has a real future.

(PS: When Roger reaches 30, Nadal will be 25 , who do you think is going to be slower on court??? The age gap between the two players will be very important in the potential contest for GS's in the future. Ive little doubt of that. )
