Djokovic is struggling to breath between the points, but he's giving everything he's got while playing. He called the trainer for apparent breathing problems at 4-3 and the doctor came back at 5-4. Coria is looking frustrated and very pissed off because of the time Djokovic is taking between the points and after the change of sides.

Rafter was excessive sweating and he couldn't replace the salts quickly enough.
