clay just isn't his surface, he'll do much better in faster ones :bounce: it was a nice match :yeah:

Ljubicic is looser, he just doesn`t have winner mentallity...for god sake he won just 1 tournament.

I don't think he is a loser. He doesn't play well on clay and he simply lost to the best unseeded player in the draw. I'd say he had bad luck with the draw. Others would say there is no such a thing called luck.

no, Ivan was playing quite well during the first 2 sets, it was close, 75 75 for Puerta.

Maybe during the third set, anyway, I dont see a healthy Ivan winning from 2 sets down.

Fans can't be critical of someones play. To me a true fan is someone who is more concerned when he loses then when he wins.

I was even for 22 game of 1st 2 sets...Ivan aways loses serve when it matters...Puerta had to chance to break in 2sets untill 5-5..

The seeded position didn't matter in this match. This isn't Ivan's surface and Mariano Puerta is a clay expert and thrives on this surface. Mariano Puerta is an asterisk player because he's such a dangerous floater it's not even funny. He would be seeded if it was based on clay rankings.
