Sorry so for the bad news but it appears Sjeng Schalken has pulled out. I have no idea why but his name has been replaced in the Roland Garros order of play by Hugo Armando who presume is a lucky loser.

Also i haven't seen any mention of this on this board but Potito Starace also pulled out of this match against Henman to be replayed by Juan Pablo Brzezicki.

I hope both Sjeng and Potito aren't too badly hurt. I'm sorry I have no details. Hopefully someone else might............

I believe Starace had said previously that an ankle injury might force him to pull out which looks to have been the case.

Schalken has withdrawn due to an achilles tendon injury.

Best wishes to the both of them :)

Thanks for the concern, guys, but he's pulled out of so many big events already this year that this wasn't a major surprise. I wasn't exactly expecting him to be a contender at RG either, it's his grass-court form that I'm far more worried about. Wimbledon represents his last significant ranking points of any sort, after that it's back to the challenger wilderness if he doesn't have a good showing there.

Sjengster, just so you know, Sjeng pulled out last minute, after having practised with Dick Norman on-site. His achilles really hurts too much and he wants to prepare for grass ;)
