I found this out that Andy has lead weight put in the frame of his racquet.

The Babolat Pure Drive racquet generally weigh 270 grams Roddick has his weighted to around 450 grams.

That's ok we'll just ignore the other one :)

I'd heard he weighted it for the clay season. Does he always weigh it down?

I think he hs it weight all the time.

I would there is not much reason in getting it weight and then changing back.

His racquet specs are over at the TW boards. Grant Morgan, his stringer last year, posted some of the details. He wouldn't give it all away. Yes, Andy adds some weight to his frame (at the '3 and 9 o'clock' positions I think). Probably helps stabilize a bit too, those PD's are notorious for small sweet spots and weird mishits.

You are only allowed 8 racquets on court at once and only 6 racquets on court when you play on grass.
