Boris Becker needed 15 bodyguards one year when he played Wimbledon in order to keep the fans off him!

He shouldnt have bodyguards! He should defend himself from the crowd!

When a crowd surrounds the players both the players and the fans get disappointed. Players have to push through the crowd quite aggressively (even while signing autographs) and the fans would always frown to that, especially those who'll not get anything. When the body guards push everyone away, the frown is short-lived because "oh well, what are you going to do about he stupid guards?". If your fave brushes you of it's much more disappointing.

He only had one at the Nasdaq-100 Open. The other times he was mostly walking around by himself or with his coach/uncle.

Nadal at the Nasdaq and Nadal now at Roland Garros are very different. I imagine he'll have a few... more than 4 would be overkill.

The pictures of him in Barca have him with several. Somehow I don't think he'll need the army that Becker did. Maybe next year ;)
