Leave me out of this, please :)

No matter how I "took it" it wasn't me out there who was having to live through it. I watched this entire 3 hour and 10 minute match on the SB. And, as I said, Devilder got a little help in winning. He didn't serve to win the 2nd set or the match. There were a lot of breaks in the match.

Anyway, don't want to offend those happy for Devilder so I'll leave it there.

I'm really sorry my remark offended you, re-reading it the tone does SOUND bad, but when I said it I felt genuine sorrow that your favorite loss such a close match.

I think Alex's marriage is making him slide. His wife, Ashley, is struggling at the moment.

Well, there are those who consider Ashley to be on the road back lately. Remember, she was off the women's tour for months and had just about retired at the end of last year. She started playing again in April and made a doubles final at a recent challenger. She seems to have an upbeat, optimistic attitude about her tennis lately. It will be interesting to see if she can make her way back to the Top 100 or so.

To comment to that, on any level, would only be gossip so :tape:
