How do the playoffs work?

they are 16 teams in the playoffs

8 in the east ...8 in the west

you got 8 matchups with a best of seven modus.. that means u have to win 4 games to advance to the next round ... the champion of ther western conference and the eastern conference are in the NBA FINALS later on

you can get a decent price on the Pacers - they are much better balanced team than celtics

also sonics are at evens against the kings - really like that play

however I prefer the one-one matchups as opposed to series betting

Don't rush to bet on Phoenix.
Although memphis are playing bad lately...they can upset the suns.
Until now they tied 2-2 with the suns and succeed to stop phoenix offensive in those games.
Go Grizz ! :woohoo:

OK let's hammer this shiznit out.

Home court bails out DET in 7.

DAL in 7 as well.
Avery Johnson has them playing defense.

IND 7 on Reggie's Reeboks.

SEA in 6. SAC has no paint defense.

That's all for now.

Other 4 series predicitions later.

MIA trumps NJ 4-2 : Kidd's experience cannot fill the void of a depleated post-up game. NJ doesn't carry efficient number of long-range shooters to threaten MIA's defense.

CHI over WSH 4-3 : Baby Bulls play more as a team. Arenas and Jamison are sent golfing early due to Chicago's home court advantage. Bulls are more well-rounded. Chandler is going to play for Chicago.

SA brings Rocky Mountain High Nugs down to Texas plains 4-2 : DEN becomes overwhelmed with the notion of having to play half court basketball. Ginobli, the most under rated player in the game along with Tim Duncan will play vintage post-and-kick with Tony Parker acting as his normal pesky penetrate-and-pass self.

PHX scorch the Bears' paws 4-1 : Only Gasol can prevent forest fires, and he will be too busy worrying about Nash slashing the paint to single-handedly play his role as the team's prominent shot blocker. Stoudamire, Jackson, Nash, and Richardson provide more than enough firepower to wreak havoc on Smokey the Bear's forest fire issues with a potent outside shooting game.
