This match wasn't exactly a brilliance, but at least he won it and has some more time to prepare for his next task :yeah:

Yes, I was there with my boyfriend on Saturday (qualifications) and on Tuesday.
I'm trying to go again on tomorrow because I don't have time over the weekend to be there. Unfortunately, with Monday and Wednesday almost two complete days got already rained out

Yes, we have taken quite a lot of pics of him, in singles against Petzschner and in doubles together with Arthurs :)

If Haas not win this match that is a big disapointment!

Go WIN IT! :fiery:

Haas got through this match.... 7-6(6) 7-6(5)

one minibreak in each tiebreak decided the sets, no breaks of serve, 24 consecutive won service games, Arthurs 19 aces and several unreturnable serves, quite a good performance from Arthurs I must say. I'm sure Tommy is happy now that he won, it was close.

Tommy is in semis!!!! I think he has good chances for tomorrow against Pavel. I can picture a Nalbandian-Haas final on Sunday, it could be a great match. Come on Tommy!!!

Tommy has already beaten Pavel and Nalbandian in a row back in 2002 in Munich. Looks like he has to do it again  Come on, Tommy!

Hard fight, Tommy threw in everything and tried hard avoiding defeat. You can't ask for more and it was clearly one of his best matches lately even though he lost it.

Now I'm curious if he can do something in Rome or if he even decided to skip it (or losing 1st round).

Hopefully he has a better end in Hamburg this year than last year. Would be also important.

Yes, I followed the match this morning through the forum, and I think Tommy gave it his all, really focused and put himself out there. It was a very good match with lots of breaks. Gut wrenching actually. I know he is hurt he lost it on his serve, but he came back from 0-4 in that last set and saved quite a few match points. When he gets over the loss I hope it makes him more confident going into Rome. Tommy you're so awesome, go win in Rome, baby!!!!!
