FEDERER & VALENTINO ROSSI

Roger Federer has completedly dominated his sport. Winning three slams in a year & Masters Cup is ridiculous! :worship: I feel, in recent years, only one man has been a genius like Roger . Its Valentino Rossi in MOTO GP.
He has won practically in every class, 125 cc, 250 cc, 500 cc & 900cc.
He has even won riding a Honda & even an inferior Yamaha. He has dominated his sport just like Roger has dominated tennis. What do u guys think? Which other sportsman would u compare Federer's domination with?

Tiger Woods in the early 2000's. Maybe Michael Schumacher?

Yeah I would say Tiger Woods, Michael Schumacher, Manchester United (in 2000-2002/3?), Ian Thorpe.

in terms of domination sure, but Rossi is much more of a showman :) Then again, Roger doesnt have a bike to play around with after winning a slam :)

They both have that same flair too, just make things look so effortless

Heres someone who makes Federer's current domination, and no matter what kind of domination he might have in the future, look piss-weak :)....

DAVID FOSTER - Competitive Wood Chopper

David has won the World 600 mm Double Handed Sawing Championship 21 CONSECUTIVE TIMES!

And he's the first person in sporting history to have won 1000 Championships!

I hear Rossi will race on a 250cc bike in this season's Moto GP, so for Roger to compete with that he''ll have to set himself a handicap as well: either play with only one serve or restrict himself to playing every shot two handed.

At least Federer isn't like Edwin Moses who didn't lose a race for 7 years.

He is almost as dominant as Hicham El Guerrouj when he was undefeated for all that time, but lost the one that counted.

I would never dare to compare Roger to Rossi or Schumacher, IMO in motos and F1 your ability is very important but as or even more important are the vehicle you're riding/driving, here's where mechanics, engines and so on are vital. If everyone on those were riding/driving the same machine I could agree, otherwise no.
Roger's domination in tennis is more directly related with personal talent than with other elements.
