What do you think? Guilty or Non Guilty?

Probably guilty but i really dont care. It's the kids parents fault. Jackson's been a suspected paedophile for years and they let their kids go to his sleepover.

Maybe, but Michael has had a long history of this behavior, and the parents knew it. They still let their children visit him, so they need to be made accountable as well.

after reading a lot of the stuff about the trial in the news, it looks like he's not. he still needs to stop all the strange behavior and the families that seem to be out to get some money are sick

If so, why didn't they accept the money MJ offered them to shut up?

Let's all face that's he's a weirdo. I cannot assure anything about him, except that he became a horrendous man :D, but I feel that insanity and perversion are really close to him.
No I am not prejudicing him

I totally agree. I'd say to him: "You're too weird to be around my kids!"

He's guilty of having appeared wearing a pyjama in a pedophile trial: the star is dead, whatever happens...

This trial is beyond bizzare. Everyone looks crazy to me

The kid yesterday testified to some really sick stuff, but he said it happened twice. Why would you ever go back to 'neverland' after the first incident?

If the jury doesnt convict a known peadophile for molesting a cancersuffering kid the celebrityness has gone to our heads!!!! :shout:

Guilty or not guilty... everyone is innocent until proven otherwise.. and let's hope that the judge, lawyers, and jury get it right...

I think people are out to get him cos he turned himself into a freak. But I really don't think he did it. The kid contradicted himself in trial and childrens' testimony is never really that good anyway cos they are so easily influenced by their parents. I don't buy it. This family sound like a bunch of moochers.

Are you kidding, I'm not blaming him at all. I just don't understand why he'd ever talk to Jacko again after the first incident.

Did you see his testimony yesterday? Everyone on TV who saw it said it was very credible, and apparently the kid is sharp. He testified that Jacko would ask him to sleep with him in his bed, get him drunk, and then (good god!) manually stimulate him. Very very disturbing, but why would this kid ever set foot in that house again? And how seriously screwed up do you have to be to do that to a kid dying of cancer?

How do you know? It is very odd for a man his age to be sleeping in his bed with young boys (he admits this). All young boys. Something is very fishy here, and his behavior in general is extremely bizzare. Plus, the police may have found porn and other evidence.

It does seem like the kid's family has an odd history to say the least, but most people on TV have said that the actual victim (alleged) is very credible. Either way, the prosecution needs to prove its case, with evidence, not testimony. He should get a fair shake.

Funny how more than 5 people had said non-guilty in the thread, but not in the poll :p

"sharp" or not..HES STILL just a kid..and you can't blame him for "going back".....part of the whole trip for jackson is the power he has over these children and thats why he picks kids dying of cancer and with screwed up family lives...because they are so much weaker....and maybe the kid became sharp because of all the horrible things that happened to him. it would make any child grow up really quickly...

I don't really understand how anybody can be so certain as to condemn him already, especially given the history of the family involved. That isn't to say that I think it's beyond possibility that he did it. Just that I think he deserves some benefit of the doubt until all the evidence has been released and analysed

I wish that the "I don't care" option said "I don't know", because that is where I stand.

I think Jackson's peculiar ways simply opens himself up to such allegations. The guy is a walking freak show desperate for any kind of attention. If any normal (ie, non-Hollyweirdo) 40-year-old man behaved like this, it would definitely raise eyebrows and cause parents concern and rightfully so.

That said, I think the people who have accused Jackson of molesting their sons are greedy bastards out to make a buck and a name for themselves. None of them seem to have an ounce of credibility any more than Jackson does.the "history of the family" should not be an ISSUE..what about the JACKSON family??? besides..like i said before...mj picks weak children with screwed up families for a reason..hes a predator. thats what they do. he picks families that no one will believe. and he STILL pulls stunts..dancing on the hoods of cars...coming to court on pajamas looking stoned...anybody ELSE would have ended up in jail for that. "greedy bastards"??? if that was the case they would have just settled...MJ has no career after this and will not be able to pay huge amopunts of money..unless of course he sells NEVERLAND...and some of his toys!

Jsut because MJ is wacky doesn't mean that he's a pedophile. You can't possibly know if he did it or not, ec."wacky" is an understatement..he admits to being abused by his father..he abuses his OWN body..(just LOOK AT HIM)so wouldn't it make sense that he would repeat the cycle of abuse??? he lives in a playground..has a shrine to maculhay culkin..admits to SLEEPING IN THE SAME BED with underage BOYS.....i don't even want to THINK about BUBBLES the monkey.....

so wouldn't it make sense that he would repeat the cycle of abuse???

Whether it "makes sense" doesn't prove that he did it, or we could lock up everybody who was abused as a child ... afterall, it would "make sense" that they would repeat the cycle of abuse as well.

You don't need to tell me how weird Michael Jackson is. I get it. I just don't think that proves he did it. That's not evidence. It may speak for his character, but it doesn't link him directly to the exact crime that he's been accused of.

I'd be more interested in that evidence than idle speculation.

If so, why didn't they accept the money MJ offered them to shut up?

That's a good question.

From what I've read about the family, including accounts by the accuser's father, the mother is a con artist whom is not above using her children to get money out of multi-million dollar targets. She did the same thing in a lawsuit against Sears department store.

If you can get a conviction instead of a settlement deal it means more money in the bank if you should ever bring a civil case against the person after the criminal trial.

I don't believe he is guilty of the crime though. I believe he has some emotional and mental problems and unscrupolous people – like the accuser's mother – take advantage of this.

Also, it's kind of odd how after so many police raids they have never found any child pornography. I remember a few years ago, Paul Reubens (aka Pee Wee Herman) and another male actor (who played in the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off) were raided after child molestation/exploitation allegations and the police found mounds of child pornographic material. Michael Jackson seems to like all things kids, if were a pedophile too, why would the pornographic material they found on his estate be adults? If he is really a pedophile, that doesn't make sense.

I think he's innocent.
