By Tennis Week
03/10/2005

RadioTennis.com will produce a live web cast the first three days of the Pacific Life Open from Indian Wells, California. Radio Tennis.com begins its coverage of opening-round men's and women's matches on Friday at 2 p.m. Eastern time.

Radio Tennis.com continues its coverage on Saturday starting at 6 a.m. Eastern and concludes its three-day coverage on Sunday at 6 a.m. Eastern.

"The Pacific Life Open is one of the largest and most important tennis tournaments in the world," Radio Tennis.com's Ken Thomas said. "Over 260,000 spectators will attend this event and all the big hitters are showing up for this one. Agassi, Davenport, Federer, Sharapova, Roddick, Clijsters, Hewitt, Navratilova, Henman and Safin will all be there. This is a huge event and RadioTennis.com is thrilled to be bringing this level of tennis to our global listening audience."

Radio Tennis.com's expanded weekend coverage will offer listeners about 30 hours of tennis — all easily accessible from the comfort of your PC. Radio Tennis.com is a free service.

"Our plan is to begin live web casting this Friday with the evening session and then cover both the morning and evening sessions on Saturday and Sunday. We expect to be on live for approximately 30 hours within this three-day period," Thomas said. "What this means to our listeners, is that they can pretty much log on to Radio Tennis.com anytime this weekend, and expect to hear live action from the Pacific Life Open."

Radio Tennis.com's Indian Wells web cast schedule is as follows:

Friday, March 11th men's and women's first-round action starting at 2 p.m. Eastern time.
Saturday, March 12th men's and women's second-round action starting at 6 a.m. Eastern time.
Sunday, March 13th men's and women's second-round action starting at 6 a.m. Eastern time.
