I'd need some help with translating, I'm not very good at it.
But in few words, it says that there must be reforms to the Lawn Tennis Stadium before the tournament begins. This is due the tragedy of 31th December, when almost 200 people died because of a fire in "Republica de Cromagnon" and where several irregularities were observed, such as few emergency exits available and those even locked up, flamable stuff all around the place and so...
Organizers must have the reforms done by Monday 7th at 10, just one hour before the starting of the tournament.
