I don't think he does it due to any real underwear troubles. I think it's a tic, like pushing his hair behind his ears and touching the front of his hat to make sure it's exactly where he wants it. Lleyton is the tic-iest player I've ever seen. He probably doesn't even realize he's doing it most of the time.

what makes it more funny is that you are going to have to put up with him for a while yet. becouse he is so damn good , he will be spoiling many a tournament for some of you guys for many years to come. :D :p

the more some of these guys carry on , the more i know lleyton is doing a good job.

heheh I think the majority of iluvcandy227's posts asides from 'I'm new' have been of Lleyton bashing nature.....hope she can find something a little more constructive to do with her time here :)

As bashing threads go, this one is pretty damn mild. Sure, there are going to be people here who feel the need to bash away, but aren't there always?

Besides, you have to admit, he DOES "dig his cheese". (That has to be the funniest way I've ever heard that phrased. I'm going to be laughing about that years from now.) He does. A lot. I'm sure he'd laugh about it if someone pointed it out to him, so why can't we?

By the way, I'm a big fan of Lleyton's and I was happy to see him beat Andy.

I had to laugh at/with the Roddick fans. I take no offense even if I think everything Hewitt does is sexy.

My take on it is it's his jock strap - it needs adjusting all the time. First he pulls on the left butt cheek, then the right, and then reaches around to adjust the front... every time. Drinking games could be started with this... everyone would be hammered by the end of every match.

If Lleyton and Raffy are the King "cheese diggers", then Conchita Martinez has to be the queen. She has been doing it (in a lady-like manner) for over 15 year on tour. One time two commentators got into a debate on what she was picking at down there. The general consensus of opinion was that she was "adjusting her undergarmet". I think she used to keep a tennis ball in her draws for 2nd serves, so that might have been the reason why she had to make adjustments all the time. Lleyton and Raffy need to change from bikini to boxer briefs to solve the problem. Everything will then be nice and snug, and the public will be spared of their incessant rear action.
