Jo :worship: Excellent performance.

Fifth rubber coming, I assume Nalbandian will play for Argentina, but who will play for France?

Wrong, Jaite confirmed Berlocq.

Stronga was awesome, he hit the lines so many times. Excelent depth with the backhand, great movement, good serving, excelent at the net. Overall amazing performance by him.

What? He's going to select Berlocq ahead of Nalbandian for a decisive Davis Cup rubber? Please tell me this is some sort of joke :o

Too strong from Jo.

Monaco's level is vulturing MMs, not big DC ties.

I think clay might be Tsonga's best surface, he just looks to have more time on his shots, brilliant performance.

Tsonga played well Pico didn't take advantage of his opportunities, It is like Light and Dark with this match and his first match in the tie, Tsonga i mean.

LOL.. Nowadays clay is Tsonga's best surface. Remind me Sharapova

Nalbandian is in no condition to play 5 sets, not even 2 imho.

Wow, unexpectedly easy after going five sets against Berlocq.

Just too good, too solid from Jo. Allez! :bigclap:

By the 3rd set it was already a bit painful to watch Pico being destroyed. He didn't play that badly but Jo allways managed to turn the point in his favour.

Tsonga is priming for clay season, which I think might become his 2nd best surface after grass. Imo his FH is very well suited for clay (probably the 2nd best, after Nadal ofc). On clay he doesn't clown on ROS, just stays back and swings the groundstroke, and defensive wise is the best surface for him because he has more time to reach the ball in proper conditions.

I think Argentina should play with Berlocq again, he has been playing very well in the last couple of months.

So we'll be treated to choker Berlocq vs injured Simon? Sounds like an epic in the making for sure.

Disagree with this, he can hardly do any damage with his FH behind the baseline on clay, although he can construct points with it better I suppose. Agree about the rest though, there's no reason Jo can't improve on clay and have some good results.

Clay Tsonga's best surface? Whar are you people smoking?

He's not as bad as they say on clay, but come on he's better on grass and on hard.

Simply awesome by Jo.

Smart move playing Berlocq instead of Nalbandian.

Don't really mind who wins but will support Simon in the 5th rubber.

Tsonga winning big match on clay and suddenly he is great on clay:D:D people here... omg

Tsonga is and always will be best on fast surfaces - grasss, indoors, but agree that clay isn´t so bad for him too- just like other big hitters the same for him - more time for deffense, ROS and big FH´s, but clay is his worst surface for sure

In this match Tsonga was solid - and happened just only possible scenario, no matter the surface when guy like Tsonga is playing well or at least his standard there is nothing player of Monaco´s calibre can do i mean Tsonga has by far bigger serve, more firepower, is the more attacking player- that means unless you make million UE´s you are in advantage and so on, just Tsonga in normal mode and not in Clownga mode is way to good player for player like Monaco.

Well, hard courts these days are slower than marshes, so it's seems logical.

Tbf I have been thinking this way since last year's clay season.

I did note grass is better for him, but indoor HC I think the jury is still out on that one, hence why I said clay might become his 2nd best surface.

What on earth does this mean?
Además explicó que Nalbandian no estaba para jugar el quinto punto ante Francia
From Jaite, on the fifth rubber. Nalbandian wasn't there? He didn't want to play it?

Anyhow, Zabaleta said Berlocq "se rompió el alma entrenando." Also said doors were still open for JMDP.

David wasn't in his best shape to play the fifth rubber. That was what Jaite said.
