Oh sorry Maria, you're right I meant if a woman goes out with a younger man not older ... d'oh

I don't think there's anything wrong with it though I wouldn't do it. My mother is three years older than daddy.

Yeah because if you were saying women look older that would contradict our youthful looks.

Right, it is in May too, exactly a week before Nole's I believe. Masha S is the one born in April!

I know! I'm such a bad daughter :o Shocking it really is. Yup Andy and Nole are a week apart and the same age. I think Nole's the week older if I remember rightly? They used to be really good friends as far as I know but I don't think they're as close anymore. No, I do think women in general age later than men and it's easier for them to look younger than men, which is why John Barrowman is so unique

Eimear O'Mahony

I certainly have enough practise!!! I'm the 'cool aunt' with all the kids (mainly because I talk to them about things that interest them such as High School Musical, Harry Potter, football, things like that my sisters would have no interest in) and the girl guides seem to like me because I'm not shouting at them all the time like the leaders. I like getting down to kids' levels. I think that's how you earn their respect. At the same time though, they know if I'm serious about something I won't stand for them acting up on me

My aunt has said to me before that I have a knack of being able to adjust my conversation to the age group I'm with. I can be grown up with the adults, messing around with the kids etc etc. But thank you for the compliment Dave. I'm feeling the love here today

Yeah you're dead right Dave. My sister's two kids in particular really respect me because I made the effort to be their friend first and not just tell them what to do. Now, I'm pretty much the only one who they'll listen to. If they have a tantrum I'm the only one who can talk to them and calm them down

Yeah speaking of men beating people up I read in my psych text book that you can actually predict the level of crime just by seeing how many adolescent males live in that region.

apparently australians don't give a shit about economy..because ours was really strong in 2007 but they voted out john howard, and now...well now it's rubbish

and in QLD...we are in massive debt, but we KEPT the government regardless

Tbh anything that isn't English or (American) is grand. I am liking Russian more and more. Do you speak German/Russian or Serbian?

No, I'm only learning Russian just now. I'd like to learn the other two though.

What happened on the Marat forum hun? I know all about daily meds so I feel your pain. I'm on 4 different daily tables for different conditions. It sucks

Oh, its nothing really. Just general bitchiness, about newbies etc. It just upset me, caught me on the wrong day I guess. I just don't understand unpleasantness.

Oh, I sorry you are on so many tablets, thats a bugger. We are in the same boat then - fancy taking an oar? ;)
