Now that the season is effectively over - who do you want to win grand slams next year? Who do you want to receieve the RU trophies. Post here!
My ideal 2013:
AO: Djokovic def Murray 4-6 2-6 6-4 7-5 11-9 - Longest match of AO at 6 hours and 32 minutes. Eventually Djoker prevails and denies Mugray another slam trophy :yeah:
RG: Nadal def Federer 6-3 6-2 6-2 - The Clay King exposes ballerina once again and takes home yet another RG title.
Wimbledon: Nadal def Murray 6-4 3-6 4-6 7-6 17-15 - In an epic match, Nadal denies Pushray a grand slam title on his home soil and captures his 13th slam.
USO: Djokovic def Federer 2-6 2-6 7-6 7-5 7-6. Djoker takes his second US open title by outclutching the serve bot in 5 epic sets and banishing the demons of 2012 USO fiasco.
That's my opinion :yeah:

Ideally, it would go down like this...
AO: Hewitt def. Murray 6-0 6-0 7-6(25)- Old people can win slams
RG: Clay GOAT Roddick def. Nadal 0-6 0-6 ret. Roddick comes out of retirement and gets to the finals of his best slam to play Nadal, and when Nadal starts kicking ass his knees start acting up and he is forced to retire
W: Volandri def. Ramirez Hidalgo 3-6 7-6 6-4 1-6 10-8 Battle of the grass legends
USO: Young def. L. Mayer 6-0 6-0 0-6 6-0 Young to go on a 65 match losing streak, only to break it by winning 7 matches at the USO including revenge from Winston-Salem vs. Mayer :armed:
I think this is likely, no?

RG: Nadal def Federer 6-3 6-2 6-2 - The Clay King exposes ballerina once again and takes home yet another RG title.
:
I am actually surprised you are so easy on an almost 32-year old Federer on clay. I got this feeling that if Federer would defeat Djokovic this years the numbers would have looked alot worse against Nadal in the final.
Federer is just too slow to defend on clay, unless clay is played like the RG 2011 Nadal should destroy him.
My ideal is not even remotely realistic but whatever:
AO- Hewitt over Djokovic 7-6, 5-7, 4-6, 7-6, 23-21 followed by a Come On heard all around the world, Hewitt promptly retires during winners speech and Djokovic never plays again either
FO- Davy over Nadal 6-3, 6-3, 4-6, 6-0
W- Berdych over Fed 4-6, 6-7, 7-6, 7-6, 7-5
USO- Davy over Fed 6-4, 5-7, 2-6, 6-1, 6-3 (triple bagels Nadal in USO QFs in Nadal's last ever match)

AO: Berlocq berlocqs Djokovic 6-7 7-6 6-4 6-2. Djokovic himself said it was his best match, but the Warlocq was too strong and he had no chance when he lost the 2nd set.
RG: Berlocq berlocqs Nadal 6-1 6-4 7-6. Rafa admits this was his best roland garros ever, he just faced a better clay player.
WIM: Berlocq berlocqs Federer 6-7 6-7 7-6 6-4 6-0. A superb Federer shows in the final. 2006 Federer was just SHIT compared to 2013 Wimbledon's Federer. but Berlocq and his deadly backhand down the line wins the tournament. He saves 6 match points in the 3rd set.
USO: Berlocq berlocqs Murray 6-0 6-1 6-2. Andy shows his best display of tactical tennis, but the Warlocq just win every big point. Murray serves 90% first serve and no unforced errors in the whole match.

RG: Tsonga defeats Nadal 6-3,4-6,4-6,7-5,7-5. Tsonga wins his maiden slam in his home country by defeating the best Clay couter on his favourite surface. Tsonga starts off like a house on fire and takes the firts set. Nadal then grabs control and wins the next two sets. Tsonga picks his level up, and that leads to a dramatic last 2 sets and Jo wins them both and becomes champion.
Wimbledon: Tsonga defeats Del Potro 7-6,6-7,7-6,6-7,6-4. An epic and dramatic match where neither could break in the first 4 sets. Tsonga breaks in the final game of the match to win his 2nd grand slam in a row.
USO: Del Potro defeats Tsonga 7-6,6-7,6-4,5-7,6-4. Del Po gets his revenge on Tsonga to win his 2nd US Open in another epic thriller. Not so many tiebreaks this time, but the drama is off the charts. Del Potro wins by being the stronger player mentally, and picks up his 3rd GS title.

Ideally I'd want Murray to win every slam, but it's not likely so:
Australian Open: Andy Murray defeats Novak Djokovic 7-5, 4-6, 7-6, 2-6, 7-5.
- Been runner up twice, he continues his slam roll by finally winning the Aussie Open.
French Open: Novak Djokovic defeats Rafael Nadal 7-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4
- After being the runner up last year, Djokovic wins to be victorious in all four slams.
Wimbledon: Andy Murray defeats Rodger Federer 6-3, 6-7, 4-6, 7-6, 6-2
- A year after the emotional loss Murray comes back and finally gets Britain a Wimbledon win.
US Open: Juan Martin Del Potro defeats Novak Djokovic 3-6, 7-6, 6-3, 6-4
- Delpo finally finds his top form again to come back and win where he won his first slam.
I reckon Murray continuing to do well in Slams, Djokovic making finals and winning the French, with Del Potro coming through will create an interesting situation in tennis. With Federer getting older and injuries mounting for Nadal they will need at least one other person to be at the top of the pile. Hoping for it to be Del Potro.

Robin back with a vengeance. His time off has made him even stronger. What a monster. Where is Nadal you ask? He didn't take part but if he did he probably got rosoled.
Wimbledon: Berdych def. Gulbis 6-0, 0-6, 7-6(6), 2-6, 6-3
Gulbis and Rosol have gone berserk on the top seeds in the early rounds. Somehow Gulbis ends up in a rematch vs Berdych. This time Berdych gets his mental demons in order and claims his first slam.
US Open: Del Potro def. Tsonga 6-3, 6-4, 4-6, 6-2
Tsonga trying to become the 3rd new slam winner of the season but comes up short vs Del Potro (who luckily escaped Feds in his draw this year and went to town on poor Nadal instead)
When the season is summarized most fans and experts agree: Most enjoyable season ever! tennis is alive again! Ratings increase. Tennis has never been more interesting.

Australian Open: Nadal def Djokovic in 5 sets
French Open: Nadal def Djokovic in 3 super easy sets with bagels
Wimbledon: Tsonga def Berdych in 5 sets
US Open: Federer def. Murray in 3 easy sets (with a couple of bagels)
P.S.: djokovic, nadal and murray lose in the 1st round in every slam.

Think will be cool if:
Australian Open: Federer def. Djokovic in four sets: Roger needs to win Australian Open again, after his chocking loses for Djokovic in 2011 and Nadal in 2012.
Roland Garros: Nadal def. Djokovic in straight sets: I'm not Rafa's biggest fan, but I think he need to get back from our sport, and I think will be a great surprise if he wins Roland Garros in 2013.
Wimbledon: Djokovic def. Berdych in five sets: Well, it maybe can be a surprise for you guys, but after his tough loss for Gulbis in R1 this year, Berdych will need a great run in 2013. With seed #9, he'll beat Tsonga in R4, Murray at quarterfinals and Federer at semifinals. Djokovic will beat Nadal in five sets in the semifinal too.
US Open: Djokovic def. Del Potro in four sets: Hard prediction here. Del Potro played well againts Nole (btw, second set of that match is the best I've ever seen and I started to watch tennis in 2009) this year, and he loses cause Djokovic made a miracle. Del Potro is returning to be "that player who beat Federer two times in 2009". And I think he's going to another GS final again.
Bonus: Murray winning IW, Miami, Toronto, Cincinatti and Paris. Federer winning Shanghai and ATP Finals. Nadal winning Monte-Carlo and Madrid. Djokovic winning Roma

Rosol CYGS would be awesome especially if he beat Rafa in all finals.
AO-13: Richie takes care about Djokovic 7-5, 6-1, 6-0 and becomes TOP-5 player.
RG-13: Richard schools Nadal 6-2, 6-3, 6-0 and for the first time heads the Ranking.
Wim-13: Lionheart prevails over Fed 7-6, 7-6, 6-0 and becomes best french player ever.
US-13: Mighty Gasquet destroys Murray 6-1, 6-1, 6-0 and becomes new GOAT.
And after this (US) tournament GOATquet announces that his deal in tennis is over - no motivation anymore, he calls it a day, but will retuen in 2016 to get Golden Grand Slam. All tennis fans are in mourn, tennis doesn`t exist for them since that day. They won`t switch their TVs on again to watch tennis till GOATquet returns on the court once again.

Nadal winning a slam next year is not a foregone conclusion. He will be trying to win at least one slam for 9 years in a row in 2013. The only male player to win a major for 9+ years in a row is Pancho Gonzalez. It's hard... In the open era no male player has done it.
