Indoor season is coming and now we have already next figures:

1. John Isner 917
2. Milos Raonic 836
3. Nicolas Almagro 569
4. Sam Querrey 564
5. Roger Federer 559

It`s obvious that the leadership here will be decided between Milos and John. Isner made more aces till now, but he played 8 matches more. If we count toll of aces per match, Raonic is leader here.

So who takes it? I think Isner definately will take it if he qualifies to WTF. It`s unlikely though, then their chances look very similar to me.

And can you predict approximate quantaty? 1150 - more or less?

Also it can/will be the first time two players made 1000+ aces in one season. Krajicek and Ivanisevic :worship: were close to do it 15 years ago, but Richard stopped at "only" 987. :)

well...Isner's ahead.. so he is my pick now. Raonic first has to make sure he plays those 8 matches. They are without a shadow of a doubt the 2 best servers on tour though.

I still consider Ivo`s 1st serve to be the biggest shot in tennis, even taking into account its declining.

That new 2300 series Laptop does indeed look good.

But acer need to up their game. They are losing out to MacBooks in target markets.

Almagro third despite only being 6 foot and playing lots on clay. :worship:

Dunno why they count the total of aces and not calculate the average per game. If you play more matches, if you play more sets, you will eventually get more aces than a guy that blasts through his competition or that plays less tourneys.

Platform foot stance > pinpoint foot stance. Federer, Almagro, Sampras, Raonic and Roddick all use platform foot stance and have excellent serve to height ratios. I switched from pinpoint to platform serves and got more stability and rotation in no time. :D

Isner has more matches than Milos, i don´t think Milos can win this unless he will have great season finish and will go deep at most events, but i go with Isner. Howewer more interresting for me ist if Milos will be able to serve 1000 aces this season. I think this will be close i am not sure how many events will h eplay but probably 2 in Asia + 3 indoor i think Tokyoa, Shanghai and Stockholm, Basel, Paris but don´t know his schedule.

C'mon Isner and Raonic, you guys must hurry to be qualified.

If they're able play at the WTF they will destroy the whole thing,it'll be a nightmare for the rest.:rocker2:

Almagro has a very good serve, actually. He usually gets a lot of aces and wins 80%+ FS points.
