Pim Pim will have Magnus Normans ex-coach Fredrik Rosengren for at least 2 years. I am very happy about this decision, because Fredrik is a great guy and he is so funny! Furthermore the fact that Fredrik coached Magnus Norman before, really is a point for him

If Pim-Pim gets called up for the TMC as an alternate (still possible), he might have to re-arrange those plans and meet with Fredrik some other time ;)

Thanks for the news :)

I thought you would say it, BG
I thought of you directly when I read this because of Jarkko...
I was really surprised when I heard of this, but as I said, I think it´s a wonderful decision...
And Jarkko will surely find another coach. ;)
Maybe we should insert somewhere for him to help him finding someone???

What's Mat's doing these days?!
This will be good for Mr Rosengren... nice change to go from Jarkko to pimpim. I feel like Jarkko has broken up with his partner  lol, but I'm glad he went to Joachim.

If I was more comfortable around him, I'd hassle (question) him (Fredrik) for 3 weeks in January  lol :)

This is a good news. It shows that Pimpim's condition is good enough to steal someone(or whatever you might call it).

Why did he want to change his coach in the first place? At least his ex-coach helped him climbing to #11 in ATP ranking. Anyway, hopefully he will play better with this one.

Magnus Norman...did he just retire because of too many injures? I don't want pimpim get some glorious achievements in just one or two years then spend rest of his life in hte hospital.

Pina, Magnus retired because of the injuries! The latest problem was his hip.
But I definetely don´t think (and hope!) that this will happen to Pim Pim, cos he plays quite different tennis from what Magnus did.
I mean, so many (too many!) Swedish guys had to retire because of injuries, so it would only be fair if at least Pim Pim can play until he is maybe 33 or so without any injury...!

I wonder how will pimpim look like when he is 33....
I'm watching TMS paris now, can't help but thinking what if he hadn't been sick then I would be watching him playing instead. Someone said that Swedish players played too hard to be injury free...

some guys have the ability to keep their good looks for a very long time! look at Brad Pitt- he's 40 and still pretty much the hottest man (non-tennis) ever!
