This is a tough one. It really depends on Dolgopolov's play, as he is really up and down. My gut says Querrey in 3, but he's probably tired from last week and this week so I'm going to vote for Dolgo in 3.

Dolgo's slice is really going to take Sammy boy off the court. Not an easy match for last weeks L.A champ at all. But like you said, you never know. Dolgo is an up-n-down sorta guy.

No-one does. But the whole point of this it to PREDICT who will win, and not KNOW who will win.

Im under the impression that Dolgopolov crumbles badly against big servers. He will clown away a break at some time or another, so Im going with Querrey in 2 sets. 7-6 6-4.

I was hoping Blake would win vs Dolg
One of the reasons besides me liking James, is so Tommy can be #20 if he wins Citi :)

going to have say dolgo in 3.

Sam isn't returning that well this week and he will have problems on the dolgo serve. Alex has a better return game and should put pressure on the querrey 2nd serve, which he should get 50% of the time. Close match though, could go either way.

Dolgo's slice is really going to take Sammy boy off the court.

Dolgo was using slices too much in some matches (Djokovic in USO, Tomic in AO), however now it looks he is back to relatively flater game, he is mixing up the shots, goes for many flat backhands...I think it´s better for his game, so hopefully he won´t be back to play millions of purely slice rallies.
