straight sets would be nice but nishikori might snatch one. delpo won't really get in trouble though.

Better grass player will prevail.

This Kei is quite amazing. Has bagelled two of the top 5 since last October.

Kei is already a legend in the making. COME ON KEI. A Three set win over Dull Potro and a place in the semi's!

What a chance for both players here. Unfortunately the winner will still not win a medal.

I think Samurai Delpo will beat Samurai Kei but Samurai Kei saved tennis & the Olympics which is great. Good luck to both.

Kei to honor his bushido and prevail in 3 tough sets.

Del Potro comfortably, he seems to own Kei. But no medal for the Argentine I don't think.

+1

Unfortunately this match will not be a contest (hope I'm wrong) and just like in USO 2008 Ferrer is to blame. Kei did save tennis, but he exhausted himself doing so. I'm afraid that just like 4 years ago he'll be a sitting duck against Juan Martin.

Hope we get to see a fair match between these two soon, with both playing well :D

Nishi better be aggressive. Don't let Pony boss you around too much.

Delpo's never dropped a set to Nishikori. Nishikori's pretty good on grass so maybe he grabs one, but I doubt it.

Don't think Kei has much of a chance here unfortunately. He's bound to be exhausted after such a grueling match and late finish today. Not to mention he actually needs to up his game against JMDP: Del Potro is not an erratic pusher like Ferrer, he will not beat himself. Kei will not get away with his poor serving of today and dips in concentration.

I'd love to be wrong, but don't think Kei is fresh enough, physically and mentally, to play some of his best tennis and make this a contest. Del Potro is generally a tough matchup for him, so he needs to be in his best form to win, which probably won't be the case. A shame, as he deserved a chance to compete for a medal after what he did today.

Assuming I added it up correctly, if DelPo beats Kei, he moves up to the no. 8 ranking. Tipsy was defending R2 points from Beijing.

According to http://live-tennis.eu/ he will be 50 points behind tipsarevic if he wins, so i'm not sure

Hey who do you like more of those two? Not just for today but in general.

 Beijing points dropped 3 years ago. It's their lowest optional which would drop if they score more in Olympics.

I'd say Delpo, mostly because I have been following his career from the very start and prefer his brand of tennis. But I love both guys really :)
