So Ferrer has beaten Nadal, Djokovic and Murray 14 times?

Anyone else outside top 4 who has beaten the top 4 that many times?

Tsonga maybe?

Roddick might have more aswell, he got something around 15.

Still Ferrer got positive stats against the top 20, dont know the point of this thread?

Ferrer got positive record against everyone ranked below him in top 20 except:

Tsonga 1-1
Nishikori 1-1
Monaco 3-4

He is almost equal to Murray aswell: 5-6

Not bad at all.

Just checked, Hewitt with 12, Davy with 14, Nalbandian with 13...

I would say Ferrer is in good company there.

If anything this proves grouping Ferrer and Monaco is unfair to Ferrer.

Monaco in the top 10 shows just how pathetic this era is, especially long after the clay season.

Ferrer is a disgrace against Fedal but he is as good as anyone else right now.

What's long after clay season, you mean the four week break then clay again. this week is the first week of non-clay.

Nice thread.
It shows that both players have respectable records against the other top players (except against the GOAT which is forgiveable) and that they are in no way "vulturing".

Ferrer is so much better than Monaco that it's ridiculous.
Please stop this stupid comparation

Ferrer has been a Top 10 player for years so of course he has better stats that Monaco who has just entered the Top 10. I don't think a comparison of these two players was the point of this thread

Don't know if you can call a 100-year period a transition :bigwave:

Even though his fans often claim he's an old man (as an excuse for the next loss), he's not that old yet.

Would have been better for Davy i think if not for that injury when he was i think one of the top 5 and on even level with them.
