I don't think it has happened in the same year.
If they do meet, one gold medal for Switzerland.

What do you mean by consecutive finals?

I guess you mean either:

a) 2 finals in a row that are shared by the same 2 people (e.g. Fed v Murray in Dubai '12 and Wimb '12 would be consecutive finals by this definition).
b) The finals of 2 consecutive tournaments (e.g. Wimbledon '12 and Newport '12).
c) The finals of 2 consecutive "big" tournaments (e.g. Wimbledon '12 and Olympics '12).

Choice b) is obviously ruled out in this case, since neither played at Newport. The only years where choice c) was possible, ever since US Open was grass, are those where Olympics was either grass or outdoor hard. Choice a) I'm sure there's loads of examples where that has happened.

EDIT: Sorry - you said location, not surface!
I guess the answer is almost certainly no then regardless of definition.
