This was a match he was expected to win and he delivered. I'm hoping i get to see him on Monday when i'm at Wimbledon. RForever 07-28-2012, 05:14 PM your sig is funny, how you can like 2 so different players? Dimitrov is Federer wannabe. His serve was superb today, won a lot of key points and, in my opinion, he will be in the top 20 in the world within 2-3 years, maybe even in the top 10," said Lukasz. "In the second set I was better than my opponent and deserved to take it. I have nothing to regret as I played pretty well on important points. My opponent, I'll say it once again, served very well and this is what decided the match". pray-for-palestine-and-israel 07-29-2012, 01:35 AM really want grigor to step it up to the big time when fed leaves anti tennis will consume all the only cure to anti tennis is serve and volley or aggressive baseline w/incredible angles or one handed backhand winners or nalbandian style 2 handers FlameOn 07-29-2012, 03:01 AM Grisha . Chip & Charge 07-29-2012, 05:10 AM Yes grigor! Hoping he can take out Simon next round latso 07-29-2012, 05:16 AM Yes grigor! Hoping he can take out Simon next round I think he can. If there is a surface where this is possible at this time - it surely is grass. He lost to Gilles last year at Queens in 2 TB and he wasn't in his best shape, or at least now he is in a better one for sure. I expect Grigor to win this match and i really hope he does, coz a clash against Pony in next round (assuming the Argie would win against seppi, despite it's far from booked) would be fantastic. Yeah I watched Simon lose to Malisse very easily in Wimbledon too so the signs look good for Dimitrov. Hope he can keep building on this consistency he has found recently and as you said a match-up against Del Potro could be a cracker! | |
