Monfils pulls out of the Olympics

Afeter Nadal, Gael Monfils is the 2nd player to pull out of the tournament, the reason being a knee injury. He is replaced by Benneteau. Get well soon Gael :sad:

It's not really an injury, maybe the better word would be knee problems, bcs he allrdy said that he's been feeling pain in his knees ever since USO and this year it got worse. That's the reason he didn't play any events since Nice and he hoped to be ready for the Olympics, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

Sad for Gael, but Julien is pretty good on grass so hopefully he does well :cheerleader:

Yes, and Monfils also pulled out from RG and SW19 just so he can have an excuse to pull out from the Olympics bcs he doesn't want to get tested. Seems legit :yeah:
