that's just crazy.

Yeah, and I mean you will have a phenomenal time even if you are the most irrelevant javelin thrower there is. But just try and imagine being one of the top tennis players and extremely famous in your own right unlike 99% of the athletes there. I think it would be impossible to have a greater time....

I think it's the opposite. Those guys at the top have to be zeroed in on what they are doing and I'm not sure they are really having a blast like the others. Plus, those olympians have additional pressure on trying to get endorsements and they only have once every 4 years to nail it.

Then again, I really have no idea what the top dogs do there lol. I just look at tennis players and I feel like they just live on the court and in their hotels. Very little time for screwing because they have such expensive fares.

It probably depends on them individually. Federer and Nadal obviously are in hotels far away from the action, but other guys that are single probably can't resist. Plus, they can hang around for a couple days after they lose :p

And while I agree about the Olympians and their endorsements, it never stopped them before

Can you imagine Marat in his prime in 04 losing to FLo in straight sets in the second round and being focused

Baker has a nice slider out wide on the deuce court. Unfortunately it's the only thing he has right now.

benji47

Brian just keeps getting jammed by these returns, movement is still the loose link...

Smoke944

That was pretty terrible from Brian after 3-0 up. Has no range at all ATM

tennisfan856
07-17-2012, 04:38 AM
I think he just got complacent after the early jump, didn't take Kunitsyn seriously enough.

Generally pretty dry, not too hot though, mid teens temperature-wise. The weather's pretty reasonable down here in London - with the present time being an odd exception - but this is England and you can get volatile weather in the autumn (or fall).

I know this will sound pretty horrible, but I actually wanted Ryan to win...

Ryan has way more pressure of keeping the ranking up, since he's not playing LA, now he's gonna drop out of the Top 50 again. As for James, ranking is really a lost cause...
