The following was tweeted by Journalist David Nadal, it is a translation of Uncle Toni's tv interview today-

“Rafa is in recovery process. Treatment has been done and we’ll have to wait some days. We have to wait a couple of days to get training again. He’ll do it next Wednesday and we’ll see how it goes”.

“We have to keep to the process outlined by the doctor. The injury requires rest and that's what we’ll do. We’ll have 6 or 7 days to prepare for Monte Carlo. He’ll be recovered but it's going to get a little tight for training”.

“The problem of Rafa doesn’t come for playing in a specific type of surface. The problem comes for the shoe insoles he wears. The insoles fix one problem, but because of them we have to deal with more problems around the body”.

“From now to the Olympic games, the schedule is seven very important tournaments one next to the other, we have to be in top form. The demand doesn’t come from defending points, it comes because it’s the moment where we have more chances of winning big tournaments”.

“The problems came in IW. We knew in Miami he wouldn’t finish the tournament. After the Tsonga match we had to stop”.

No chance of Dj ever winning Roland Garros. But I'm glad he's trying, because the more he wants it the more it will hurt him :wavey:
