Mardy also play doubles with Oliver and will meet Labadze and Safin in the 1st round

Lets hope he gets a good run compared to what happened last week. The draw is not as tough so he should be able to play some good tennis there.

6-2 6-4 over Hernych! nice routine win. Next is Saulnier, though, Mardy had that really tough 2 TB loss to him at LA in July and he's also lost to him on carpet in 2002 so this will be a really tough match for him mentally.

He should just focus and not get down on himself in his next match. He needs to win more matches to get some confidence going for him.
