Duh, he broke his serve. Milos beat lots of players last year without the need for any tiebreakers. Fish twice, Petzschner, Llodra, Andujar, Gulbis, Malisse, Youzhny....

Some people need to actually watch his matches rather than bleating "all-serve mug" every time they catch sight of his name.
