That's how society raises us though. Unlike men who generally can't appreciate another man's beauty without seeming gay, women can. Women are always saying "Oh that girl has a nicer ass than me" "Oh her hair is nicer than mine." "Oh gosh she's so pretty." That's just how women are.

Men do it, just not openly.

All this because Adam hates Fed and refuses to stop bashing his GF? :bs:

You can't be surprised by this.

well glad you had a good time :) What's the weather like anyway? is it still excessively hot or is it bearable?

It was hotter today than Friday and Saturday but in general these last few days have been cooler than any in the 3 weeks before it.

There is always an element of that. It's funny there have been studies where they put homophobes and non-homophobes at seperate times in a room and put on some gay porn. Needless to say the homophobes on average have been found to get turned on more than the non-homophobes.

Well, even though I have seen Benneteau a billion times this year already, I have not seen my love Serra, so I will be at Serra/Benneteau a bit, maybe some Martin/Almagro and then practice court stalking until Fish/Mahut and Ferrero/Bjorkman.

I haaaate our seats on center, otherwise I'd be at Baghdatis and Mathieu, but at least I've seen both of them play already this summer. Today is a really BLAH day. I'm just looking forward to tomorrow, if Lord Carlos loves me (and I hope he does) not only will Nole play singles, but the incredibly gorgeous team of Verdasco/Djokovic will also be in action. :inlove: but knowing my luck that will be on Wednesday. :armed:

My seat on Center is awesome - in the shade until 1 pm everyday! :bounce:

I have a feeling Lopez/Nadal will be moved to Center Court unless all the previous matches there are 3 setters.

I've starred 11 matches to see today (9 singles, 2 doubles) and looks like once I go to the tennis I'll probably be there until at least 10.45 tonight.

Cute pic Marlene.

Djokovic was doing some warmups on the little hill yesterday, he was so cute he stopped in the middle because a lady asked if she could take his picture.

Verdasco was looking hot, I saw him practicing with Falla  and I got a pic of his dad who's still travelling with him. :p

Meh, I'm just not in love with where they're located. I have to check them out today because they're different than what I had during the weekend. But I might have poles in my face that obstruct my view of the court.... and if that is so I will be very annoyed. I just prefer to be up close on an outside court right in the middle of the court than super far back and on an end :p So I avoid the main court as much as possible. Usually players I like aren't on them anyway :p

Well this weekend I didn't see any of the qualifying matches in center because I went and sat down and like I couldn't see the court without manipulating my body in odd and uncomfortable ways. That's why I commanded Justin to make the main draw, and he obeyed.

She was actually a "normal" sized baby. 7lbs. 11 ozs at birth...then dropped to right at 7lbs a week or so later (which is also normal for breastfeed babies). We've a doc appointment today to see how big she is. She'll be 3 weeks old on Wednesday.

Umm I typed it all up in GM in the Djokovic def Jarkko thread. Adam reported in to MTF for me today. Unbeknownst to all of you, I text message Adam about a billion times a day. Anyway, Novak was really not well today. Everyone for some reason doubts my information, but he was having a lot of trouble breathing in his singles and needed help back to the locker room (which came from my new boyfriend Viktor Troicki) and yeah all the details are in there.

Well I go in his forum and they're all like "Oh let's not say anything until we hear more about this 'breathing problem'" and they don't believe me. I mean, I was only AT the match. And I mean Novak's stats were absolute crap and no one seemed to think there might have been a reason for it, like playing in the hottest part of the day in the Cincinnati sun. I don't know. The Novak forum doubts me, so I'm a little hurt by that.

Maybe I'll just keep my videos and pictures to myself ;)

Anyway, I feel better about things because he was SO much better for his doubles at night when it was shaded and cool.

I love a guy who can make me laugh... but even though Nole is pretty freakin hilarious, Viktor is just :haha:

Oh Nole story! So at the beginning of doubles Nole walks in... alone. And the ump is like "Novak where's your partner?" and Nole is like "Erm.... I don't know where he is." and the ump into the walkie talkie was like "Um, Novak doesnt know where his partner is either." and Nole is like "Shall I play by myself?" But eventually Fernando came in.. he was warming up on some other court. So Mardy and Mahut are playing and these guys up high in some sort of luxury suite are being obnoxiously loud and the chair repeatedly is like "Um, quiet please. Up there. We can hear you." and they're not shutting up. So Mahut is serving and the ump tells them to be quiet again and they're ignoring him and Mardy goes "CAN WE HIT A BALL AT THEM?" and so Mahut tosses a ball over the net and the chair is like "No! Don't! Don't! Don't!" but Mardy launches it up there and aims not at them but to the side of them and they looked and then shut up. :rolls: No warning or anything, of course... since the mission was accomplished :p

But he and Nole had a lot of fun and he was a lot happier and healthier looking in the doubles.

:yeah: :rolls:

Thanks for the 'report'

Yeah, the 2nd and 3rd sets. Stan was playing crap when I got there and then it completely turned and Acasuso was hitting everything long. I was pissed because I had Acasuso in TT

Typical Chucho, can easily lose the plot

I did not even know who Mardy Fish was until the 2004 Olympics :o Saw him play in Miami and lose to Haas. I am not a fan of Haas and was rooting for Mardy. Then the Houston tournie aired on TCC this year made him catch my eye. I hope he does well this tournie. He has a nice game just needs consistency.

He entered my life in 2003 when I was at Legg-Mason. I stayed at the players hotel and saw him waiting for a car one morning (and then saw him loser later in the day) and I thought he was hot. I no longer am physically attracted to him but he's one of few Americans I don't mind watching.

Yes, Lee you are in the tournament.

Am I getting a WC? :tape:

I have pics of Acasuso practicing, I wasn't at either of his matches today though.

Verdasco and Mathieu were watching Robredo-Gasquet the entire time I was there - from 4-5 in the first until the end.

I thought the Roddick match was never going to end. :o

It started when I joked in Adam's Fedtard thread in GM. Adam didn't work on Tuesday and the thread was pretty busy and I said those posters were entertaining Adam otherwise he would be bored to death. And this caught Escude's attention and started poking at me. And I was pretty annoyed by another Federer fanatic since yesterday so I don't hold my tongue today.

Oh and I have a funny Mardy Fish story from last night!
:haha:

I will write up a proper match report later but off the top of my head (without my notebook) most of the crowd were cheering for Robredo  and Gasquet was just too inconsistent - some great winners but then a lot of errors too. He was quite mad at himself and at one point slapped his thigh with his left hand.
