1. David Nalbandian. (He has talent. He deserves at least one GS title.)
2. David Ferrer. (He really is a hard-working player. He deserves one, too.)
3. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. (He has a lot of time. May be he will have one.)
4. Robin Soderling (He deserves at least a RG title.)

Nalby of course, best ever without a slam.

David Nalbandian. My favourite player after Fed. Great shot-making skills and I love watching his backhand.

Definitely Nalbandian. His time is up though. Out of those who actually may have a chance, Tsonga.

Murray

For Nalby DC is much more important

If Nalbandian wins a slam after all this years, with his talent and big game.
It would be so important for him, for his fans (We're so many, and you know it) and for my country.
It would be AWESOME... I'd love if it's Wimbledon.

But I don't think Dave would win a GS after all this years.

I'd love if SoderKing got at least one with his brave shotmaking style...I'm dead tired of grinders and pushers taking advantage of slow courts - bring back the variety into the game:mad:

i want to say murray, but with his current defensive game he really doesn't deserve it.

Berdych. Then Tsonga, Soderling, Monfils and Murray.

Ferrer, Soda, Tipsy

11-29-2011, 02:35 PM
Filippo Volandri, of course. No-one else deserves it more than him.

Why are people talking about Nalbandian? He is done.

The answer is Murray. It would be great to see him playing with that monkey off his back. Should be more than happy for Tsonga to win a slam as well.

Soderling. Murray probably deserves one. For Nalbandian I think the train has left the station so got to take his career for what it is. Not bad anyway.

Surprised Tipsy got some support. I mean he won his very first title this year

Nalbandian and Ferrer :)

Nalbandian. At the time he not only had the game to be #1 but had the game to where he should have been a big time thorn on Fed's side. Unfortunately, slams are played for money and not doughnuts:(

Tsonga. He's got the most talent and he's got a pretty attractive game on paper. If only he were consistent......we'll see what he does in these 3 final years....

then Berdych and maybe Soda. Or Tsonga.

I would go with Robin Soderling. Reason is simple - this man defeated Nadal in Roland Garros and Federer too year after.

His game was dominant against the top players there, (what a difference comparing Murray), but I am afraid if he is capable after this mono. Fed overcame that, but - it was Fed.

Filippo Volandri, of course. No-one else deserves it more than him.

Funny man, you made a one minute in my life funnier :D Didn´t you forget Simone Bolleli ?

Filo V.
11-29-2011, 08:22 PM
Volandri deserves it a little more than Bolelli. But both deserve it significantly more than Murray, Tsonga and Soderling combined.

Glad to bring some laughs to your day :) But, in all seriousness, they both deserve to win majors more than anyone. I would be remiss if I didn't include Fognini and Starace as well as extremely deserving more than anyone else on tour.

Mayer, Tipsarevic ??
Do you know Richard Gasquet? Sixth favorite active players of MTF members.

Soderling is a lumbering ball-basher who will never win a slam. I've got nothing against him and when it's all clicking he can be glorious to watch (as he was at R.G. '09 and against Federer at the U.S.O. one year and at R.G. '10), but his ponderous movement & lack of touch mean he will be exposed at any slam where he has to play several excellent players in a row.

Btw....having talent doesn't mean someone deserves a SLAm...If he wanted it he would WIn ONE...but Nalbandian just doesn't care...Murray as much as I hate him Deserves it...he tries, trains, works his ass of in the gym!

Cilic will never win a slam he's just happy to attract girls on the dalmatian coast and bosnian highlands :)He also doesn't deserve a slam...he can't bother to bulk up - glupan!

Nalbandian may still care, but he doesn't care nor does he want it anywhere as much as Murray.

If he were that care or if he wanted it it bad, Nalby would not have let his body went ballooning.
It's really embarrassing and there's no excuse for top elite tennis player not to watch their diet and condition their physique.
