You are joking?

You should expect Murray to win 6-3 6-3 or similar.

Yeah, but I haven't been watching Kei this week so I don't know his level of play.

Really hoping for Kei. An asian getting into a M1000 final in Asia? Yes please.

Kei has fighting chance against anyone apparently, defeating Tsonga and Dolgo this tournament(i really need to watch the highlights from yesterday), but Murray is serving like Sampras and returning like... Murray, so it will be tough for Kei. Murray in two close sets.

Not much to discuss. Murray will routine Kei in 2 easy sets.

This, it would've been huge for him, and probably for the tournament as well :D

What happened with the "I don't hate the man"

Perhaps.

But did you really need to have a hissy fit and bad rep me for predicting Kei to win this? :spit: :baby:

Yeah, you definitely don't hate Murray  Please, you're just another hater :superlol:

I find it funny how a Djokovic fan of all people is making fun of Murray's family
Perhaps.

You deserved one for even thinking that Nishikori had a chance :wavey:

Kei is the last samurai, slicing through his foes. Unluckily for him, Murray is like that white guy in the movie- he has a gun.

I'll be neutral here. Would be nice to see Murray continue winning, but tremendous for Kei to make the Final and have a great chance at a surprise masters.

I'm leaning towards Kei in 3. Would be one of the stories of the season so far, his draw wasn't exactly easy either.

Nishikori has shown resilience to get this far, 3/4 of his matches have gone to a decider and 2/4 he came back after having lost the first set. Also you'd think Kei having Brad Gilbert, Andy Murray's former coach, in his corner will be helpful for him too.

Andy might lose concentration and drop a set, but I expect him to prevail in the end.

I don't care about the result. I just want to sit in my armchair and enjoy watching Nishikori on this level, I hope he can put an effort here and give some fight to Murray.

That said, The Andrew in straights.

It'll be like Murray's match against Ebden - they'll be even for awhile then Andy will figure out how to play this guy, get on a run then coast to victory.

ETA: Forgot about the Brad Gilbert Factor. That first set will be tight, turning on a point or two near the end of the set.

Bad point that, what does Djokovic fans have anything to do with Djokovic's family?

Anyway, Kei wins this in 3.

Or better yet bagpipes and scotch eggs to blow Kei away, if we're running with stereotypes.

So what do you deserve for boasting that Wozniacki would dominate on hard courts this year?

It's true he's the underdog of course, but I think Kei has the tools and ability to push Murray hard. Might even be a good match up for Kei this one. At the very least he'll take a set. The Kei-lover side of me is feeling pretty darn good about this one, haven't been able to say that over the past few years with all his injuries.

Muzza should win this in straights, but hopefully Kei puts up a good fight, regardless what happens, it's been a great week for Kei. :)

Murray is the clear favourite and I'm fine with him winning because I like him too, but I hope Kei will put a good fight and hopefully cause a miracle again like he did in Delray Beach semi and the final in 2008, a barely one month from his 18th birthday. No one gave him chance against Querrey in the semi, but the boy saved 4 MPs and won. In the final he came back from a set down to beat Blake, who was #12 in the world. Injuries have derailed his progress but he's no pushover when it comes to a big match like this. :)
