Do players receive points or money when they lose in qualifying

in either futures, challengers, atp250 or 500s, masters series or slams?

In bigger events i believe they do.

Yes. It's different prize money or points for different tournaments for sure. If you lose in the final round of Masters series qualifying you take 14 points and 700-800 $, if you lose in the ATP 250 first round of qualifying you take 0 point and 100-150 $ prize money.

Player losing the first round in the main draw gets $19,000...


So you won't get rich losing in the qualies that's for sure

Futures: No points unless they win R1 in the main draw. No money unless they make the main draw.

Challengers: No points or money unless they qualify. If they qualify they get first round money and about 5 points for qualifying, it depends on the level of challenger (between 50k and 125k)
