Thread for anyone who is interested in the 2012 London Olympics.

Not sure if there is another thread but I started this thread after just watching this video of the Olympic site on the BBC. Some of it looks great.

I'm going :D Wanted tennis and gymnastics but only ended up with table tennis.

I see Djokovic defeating Federer in the final, with Federer having a pissed off look on his face, you heard it here first, it will go to 3 sets with Federer winning the first, Djokovic winning the latter two.

Wish I had enough money to go. I went in 1996 when it was in Atlanta but I was too young to really remember anything.

I am waiting for European recession to pick up momentum so that British pound is trading 1:1 to Australian dollar or less instead of (1:1.6) - then I'll come to the Olympics :sport:

The ticket system is shit. The football games will all be held in half empty countrywide stadia when they could easily make tickets available on the day if so and let the locals have a taste of the Olympics.
