Two years ago Kiefer, Baghdatis and Dokic (WTA tournament) asked, but got nothing. One WC will go to the young russian player for sure. They will decide later who gets it. Probably Donskoy.

I dont believe too much in that WC, I know how things goes. I think isnt only one Russian player will get it. At least two.

Not sure about Kuznetsov. Amir Tarpischev (tournament director) said they will see who has the best results during this season among young guns... Unfortunately Andrey has a not good year, as we all expected from him.

He is not going to play Moscow this year. Beijing, Shanghai, St.Petersburg, Basel and Paris for the rest of season for him.

Makes me sad to see Troicki being top seed.

Tipsy just passed Troicki in the rankings, so if that holds up, Tipsy would be top seed.

He is not going to play Moscow this year. Beijing, Shanghai, St.Petersburg, Basel and Paris for the rest of season for him.

Sensible - he killed himself last year this time of the season, the long trip from Shanghai. Took him best part of a year to recover any game.

The reason (from his own words) is jetlag, he needs rest after Asia, and preparation for St.Petersburg. I watched him playing Ljubicic and Ferrero recently, he didn't look fully healthy...
