Question about rankings of a few players

Hi,

I would like to know the year end ranking of the following players year by year :

Jimmy CONNORS, Bjorn BORG, John Mc ENROE, Ivan LENDL, Mats WILANDER.

Is there somebody who know that ?

Plus :
I have heard that Stefan Edberg was one the few players to be in the top 10 for 10 consecutive years. Who are the other ones ?
