I'd be carefull with Beck. On a good day he can play great tennis. Unfortunately for german tennis but very hopefully for Grigor Beck has not that much of his good days.

But OK if Grigor plays what I think he is capable to play then he should reach the semis vs. Youzhny. But looking at the last results I'm allready very happy if he beats Beck...

I know Beck is a decent player, so I'll be happy if Grisho wins at least against him. I don't want to think about Baghdatis/Benneteau. ;)

I really like Baghdatis, so I'm extremely impressed with Grigor's determination and Poise. Great win! I wish I could have seen the match against Baghdatis.

Great match for Grigor and the only thing missing was the victory :(
He played controlled and aggressive tennis with good serving and some clever choices at times, which give me hopes for the future clay events, especially with Roland Garros being pretty fast nowadays, but we will see.

Great tournament for Grigor :) He played really well and finally showed that he can win or at least make close matches against players that are between 20-40th place :D

He could have won against Mayer. He missed a SP in the first set, had a 3-1 advantage in the tie-break, missed some great chances in the 3rd set... anyway, very good tournament for him and from now on he should have more confidence in the ATP tournaments.

Next comes the Prague Challenger, where we can expect a title.

fantastic performance by grisha. this is the kind of play he showed against nadal and simon at the start of his career. he proved what is capable of when he is mentally releived. as mayer admits he's got the strokes of a top player, just needs confidence and experience. i have always been an optimist about him.

and his play is so lovely for watching. can anyone object this?
