The song is so stupid and so bad that actually is fun, but there's a teenager in the middle of this mess :help: And she had the balls of doing an unplugged

She's no Cindy Lauper, but I think that what has enraged the music industry is that in one swell foop an unknown thirteen-year-old in one silly song can outshine the combined talent of Lady Gaga, The Black-eyed Peas and 20 randomly selected rappers. She exposes how today's pop has no foundation in quality and is all about marketing schlock to a willing audience.

"Yesterday was Thursday, tomorrow is Saturday, the day after is Sunday.'' Even the lyrics perfectly represent the present state of pop.

But after my research, what is the ''father'' reference?

Marketing and advertising to the unbelievable fickle and influential teenage girl market.

Smart move, financially.

I had no clue about it until a few days ago, when I saw like 5 different FB groups about her that people joined. Deepest song in ages

 The alleged hate mail and death threats she's been getting is harsh, but that's a terrible song. Even worse is that she actually looks like she's taking herself seriously in the 2nd vid.

Apparently the record label targets rich parents who spoil their kids enough to pay upwards of $20,000 for them to record an autotuned song and appear in an authentic looking music video

I guess it's a better way to get famous than 16 and Pregnant...hate mail and all.

Yesterday was Thurday. Today is Friday. Tommorow is Saturday. The day after that is Sunday.

My friends and I were singing that in tennis.

Ah, ya entiendo. Donde estan los padres?

No need to stick your tongue out at me. I really did not understand the reference to fathers. But now that I know that you mean parents, I still don't see why they are relevant.

So she's 14. She's also hot. Anyway, that's an adult in the Valley.

What I like about her is that she shows the pop establishment how ordinary they are. Her music is on par with theirs - and they don't like that getting out.
