I think it will be around 80-90. Won't be easy.

Since he has very little until the US Open, he should most likely find himself inside the top 100 after the grass season, in time for the US MD. He's already #150, and another win over GGL, which is definitely possible, will put him near #140 (specifically at 143). Then Fish or Raonic, and I wouldn't put him without a shot against either if he beats GGL. He's on the climb upwards.

Season end ranking prediction: #81.

It depends. Did he find a coach?

Ouch locyka19, you overrated players who you dislike (Raonic) and underrated who you like (Harrison).

Yes, sure. I think he won't need wildcard in US Open.

I'll be very happy if he reaches Top 100 by the US Open, but it won't be very easy for him. Let's hope he can do it :)

he is +- 66 points short of the top 100.. do you think he will take that long to make it?

Much sooner.

Probably after Wimbledon/during grass season. Almost definitely will make the US Open cutoff barring injury and may even make the Wimbledon cut off, and he has a shot at the RG cut off as well.

That's a no brainer. Of course he will. He isn't really far off already.

He's probably gonna reach the Top100 after the next 2-3 tournaments he enters.

Maybe after another nice run in Miami.

Without question, although I still think he ought to really boost his ranking up with some more challengers. One more challenger win would put give him direct entry into Roland Garros and Wimbledon, for example...

I think he could be seeded by the USO. If IW wasn't an outlying performance, he will be.

I think you guys are getting much ahead of yourselves. Harrison certinly has great potential. But is very common for players to have one great tournament and have up and downs after it. Let him consolidate his level at the Challenger level and than lower ATP than he is in business.

yeh but six months to crack top 100 is very very realistic - he's ranked 130 currently - takes any decent run in a tourny and he's there.

Ryan Harrison's year-end ranking?

top 60~70,

I think he will make good results on some easy ATP250 events after Wimbledon,

but he must improve his mental strength, he has the "high quality" tennis but in modern tennis one of the most important weapon is the mental strength in order to win the key points ( break point, tie-break, match point ), Ryan Harrison seems again a little weak during key points and he can choke even if he is the best player of the match

He has little to defend so his points will be adding up quickly.
In that case you might just look at the race instead of the rankings to see where he's at. Right now he's at #63 in the race, he should improve thru the year with experience, practice and just getting older.

I'd guess around 50 as long as he keeps working and stays injury free.

He impressed me greatly at IW.

IMO he'll be top 100 by August
