After a career boosting win vs. Murray, the great brown American hope, Don Young, The Donfather, will take on MTF's favorite, Tommy Robredo.

Who wins?

I say the Donfather keeps it up and wins in 2.

Robredo in 2. Easy. He'll be facing a real tennis player, not an impersonator.

Donnie 6-1 7-6(29).

Tommy I'm pretty much 100% sure will win, but I hope not.

No way Robredo can handle the Donfather's raspy voice, lefty forehand, and slightly-off-center hat.

Don should win in straights if he plays decently.

He won playing like crap against Andy because Andy played even crappier.
Tommy plays decent and he'll win easily.

My 2$-cents: I have yet to see whether Young will be able to keep up being in the groove after a massive victory. He won't be the 1st to bolt out after such a win to whatever next player coming up.

Robredo's the guy with the long-time experience on this particular level, and he's very consistent, which might well give him the advantage.

I'm going win Robredo in 3. Don played a nice game but I don't believe it yet. I don't believe in him. He needs more people. Robredo can hang with him.

Robredo actually puts a few balls in play and wins in 3.

Robredo is so often lucky with the draws in slams and MS1000 : it's fatal he will take benefit of that

Robredo wins, no matter what. I could bet my own di*k on it

The Don has nothing to lose, the crowd on his side, and the confidence of taking out a Top 5 player in the world in the previous round. The momentum can't be any greater for him. He sends Robredo home in 3.
